About Volana
Volana is a task manager, calendar, and daily planner with a built-in AI assistant, Luna, that plans your day, schedules your work around your calendar, and keeps it up to date as things change.
What Volana does
Task planning with Luna
You add tasks and goals in plain language. Luna, Volana's built-in AI assistant, breaks larger goals into smaller subtasks, estimates how long each one will take, and figures out what order to do them in.
Automatic scheduling
Luna places your tasks into the open time on your calendar, then replans automatically when your day changes, for example when a meeting runs long or you add something new. You review and approve schedule changes before they're applied.
One calendar for every provider
Volana connects to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar so events from every calendar you use appear together in a single daily and weekly view.
Focus sessions and daily recaps
Volana includes distraction-free focus sessions for deep work, plus a daily and weekly recap of what you completed.
Work tool integrations
Volana can optionally pull work items from Linear, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Asana, and ClickUp, so that work isn't tracked twice in separate tools.
How Volana uses your Google Account data
Signing in with Google
When you sign in to Volana with your Google Account, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with Volana so we can create and identify your account. We do not use this information for advertising.
Connecting Google Calendar (optional)
If you choose to connect Google Calendar from Settings, Volana requests these Google API scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
Volana uses this access to:
- Read the events already on your Google Calendar, so Luna can see what time you already have booked before it schedules anything new.
- Create, update, move, or delete events on your Google Calendar when you ask Luna to schedule, reschedule, or remove something, and only after you review and approve the change.
Volana does not read your Gmail, does not access any Google data beyond your calendar and basic sign-in profile, and does not sell or share your Google data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your control
- You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes Volana's access to your calendar.
- You can delete your Volana account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
