No Illegal Use
You may not use Volana for any purpose that is unlawful, or to plan, facilitate, or promote illegal activity.
No Abuse, Harassment, or Harmful Content
You may not use Volana to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, or to create, store, or share content that is harmful, hateful, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
No Scraping, Reverse Engineering, or Circumvention
You may not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in ways not permitted by these policies, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service, or attempt to circumvent any technical limits, rate limits, or access controls we put in place.
No Excessive Automated Load or Disruption
You may not send excessive automated traffic to the Service, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's availability or performance, or introduce malware, bots, or scripts intended to overload our systems.
No Unauthorized Access to Other Users' Data
You may not attempt to access another user's account, calendar, tasks, or other data without authorization, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
No Reselling or Sharing Account Access
Accounts are personal to the user who created them. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials or access with others outside the normal use of the Service.
Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at Volana's discretion, in addition to any other remedies available to us under our Terms of Service.
