Asana

Connect Asana to bring your assigned tasks into Volana. Each one appears in a panel you can drop onto a day, keeping its project and due date.

What Volana imports

The Asana panel lists your tasks across projects. Pull any one onto your board to schedule it; the new task links back to Asana, and its row shows the Volana mark once it’s in.

Opening a task

Click a card and it opens into the full task view: its project and section, assignee, due date, and notes, with a comment thread you can read and reply to without leaving Volana.

Subtasks and marking a task complete

A task’s subtasks come along in the same view, so you can see what’s left before committing to a day. Big enough to be its own project of work? Flip the task-or-milestone toggle before adding it, and finish the job in Asana too, right from the same button.

Kept in sync automatically

Volana listens for changes in Asana in real time. Completing a task, or reassigning it away from you, updates the panel automatically, so you’re always browsing what’s actually still on your plate. This only refreshes the panel: once you’ve dropped an item onto your board, Volana leaves that task alone, so nothing already scheduled changes underneath you.
