The Plan Page
Your day board answers “what am I doing right now.” The Plan page answers “what am I doing tomorrow, this week, or this month.” It walks you through a short wizard, gather, prioritize, finalize, so you leave with an ordered plan instead of a pile of tasks.
The three planning periods
Plan works at three zoom levels. Tomorrow is a single day, laid out like your day board. This week and this month switch the middle of the page to an objectives board, weekly or monthly goals that live above individual tasks. A calendar panel sits alongside every period so you can see how the work actually falls on your schedule.
What do you want to get done tomorrow?
Add tasks you want to work on tomorrow.
Tomorrow
Fill in your work for tomorrow.
- Gather is where you list everything you might want to do in the period.
- Prioritize spreads the list across a few buckets so you can bump anything that can wait.
- Finalize is your ordered plan, ready to work from.
- A calendar panel on the right shows the same period so intent and schedule stay side by side.
- Open Luna alongside the plan and she’ll help you prioritize or reschedule whatever period you’re looking at.
One wizard, three periods
The gather, prioritize, finalize flow is the same shape whether you’re planning tomorrow, this week, or this month, only the content in the middle changes: a day column for tomorrow, an objectives board for a week or month.
Choosing a period and a window
The period pill switches between Tomorrow, This week, and This month. Once you’re on a weekly or monthly plan, a second dropdown lets you jump the window itself forward, so you can plan next week or next month without waiting for it to arrive.
Each period has its own dedicated page with the full wizard walked through step by step: Daily planning, weekly planning, and monthly planning. Luna’s planning chat, which targets whichever period you have selected, is covered on Planning with Luna.
