Smart Task Creation
Some things are too big to be a single to-do. Hand Luna the goal in a sentence and she does the hard part: decomposing it into concrete steps and slotting each one into real open time on your calendar.
From a sentence to a plan
Type what you want to get done, however loosely you’d say it out loud. Luna reads your work hours, existing commitments, and free gaps, then proposes a set of subtasks with a scheduled slot for each. Nothing is locked in yet: it’s a proposal you can shape.
- Type the goal in plain language: one sentence is enough.
- Send it to Luna.
- Luna decomposes it into subtasks and finds time for each.
- Review the proposed subtasks and their scheduled slots, then keep, tweak, or reject them (covered next).
Good goals to hand off
Anything with multiple moving parts: “plan my sister’s birthday dinner”, “get the Q3 deck ready”, “prep for my tennis tournament”. The messier it is in your head, the more this helps.
Every subtask Luna proposes is a real task and a real time block. When you accept, they land on your board and calendar together, and you can undo the whole thing in one move.
What “enrichment” means
Volana calls this whole process enrichment: taking one rough, unscheduled task and turning it into a fuller plan, a set of concrete subtasks, each with its own slot on your calendar. You don’t need to open Luna’s chat to trigger it, either. Jot a quick task anywhere in Volana and it enriches the same way, in the background, while you keep working.
Enrichment is meant for the rough, one-line tasks that would otherwise sit on your list with no real plan behind them. A task you’ve already scheduled and detailed yourself is left alone.
