Daily and Weekly Recap

At the end of a day, or a week, Recap gathers everything you worked on into one calm review: time spent, what got done, what slipped, and where your focus went.

What Recap shows

Recap reads straight from your board and calendar, so there’s nothing to fill in. Open it any time to see the shape of your day at a glance.

Total time worked, against your daily goal.

Total time and your goal

The top row sums the time you actually spent on tasks and events. If you’ve set a daily work goal, it tracks progress with a quiet bar. It’s a gauge, not a scoreboard.

Weekly focus goal

Switch to Week and the same bar tracks your weekly focus-goal minutes instead of the daily one, set alongside it in Work hours. It fills in as the week’s logged time climbs toward the goal, so a Friday check-in shows how the whole week actually went, not just today.

Worked on vs. didn’t get to

Completed tasks land under Worked on; anything scheduled but unfinished shows under Didn’t get to, dimmed, so you can see what to carry forward. Tasks that roll over move to tomorrow automatically.

Focus timeline

Every focus session you ran during the day is plotted on the right, so you can see when your deep work actually happened versus when you planned it.

Day and week, same layout

Use the Day / Week toggle in the header to zoom out. The weekly recap rolls the same stats up across the last complete week, handy for a Friday wrap-up.

Hit Log today from the Day view to save a reflection to your journal, that’s the Log, covered next. Logging only applies to today, so the button only shows on Day, not Week.
