Connecting your Zoom account
Volana asks you to connect Zoom the first time you pick it as an event’s video conferencing option. There is no separate settings page to hunt for, the prompt shows up right where you need it.

- Open an event and click its Video field, then choose Zoom.
- If your account isn’t connected yet, Volana shows a Connect Zoom prompt. Click it and sign in with Zoom.
- Once connected, Volana remembers it. Every event after this one can use Zoom without connecting again.
Your Zoom account stays connected until you disconnect it. Volana only uses it to create meetings under your name when you ask for a Zoom link, it never touches your other Zoom settings.
Adding a Zoom link to an event
With Zoom connected, picking it from an event’s Video field creates a real, scheduled Zoom meeting, timed to match the event, and drops the join link straight into that field. No copying a link from another tab.
