Integrations in the Sidebar Rail
Once you have connected an integration, you do not have to go dig it up every time. Pin it to the sidebar rail and it sits right next to Luna, Objectives, Backlog, and Search, one click away from anywhere in Volana.
Pin an integration to the rail
Watch the walkthrough below, then try it with any integration you have connected. The rail stays put on the right edge of the app, even when the mini calendar panel next to it is collapsed.

- Click Customize at the bottom of the rail. A small tray opens with everything you can pin: the core sections, plus any integration you have connected.
- Press and drag an integration out of the tray.
- Drop it onto the rail. It lands as its own icon, right where you dropped it.
- Click that icon any time to open the integration in the panel next to the rail, without navigating away from your board, calendar, or plan.
Reorder or unpin the same way
Drag a pinned icon further up or down the rail to reorder it, or drag it back into the tray to unpin it. Nothing is deleted, it just moves out of the rail.
