Opening a task

Click a card instead of dragging it and it opens into a full detail view: status, due date, priority, assignee, and tags, plus the task’s description, all read straight from ClickUp.

Custom fields and picking a day

Every property ClickUp tracks travels with the task, and you’re not limited to “today”: pick any day from the inline calendar, or send it to the backlog to schedule once you’ve had a chance to think it over.

Kept in sync automatically

Volana listens for changes in ClickUp in real time. Closing a task, or reopening one, updates the panel automatically, so you’re always pulling from what’s actually still open. This only refreshes the panel: once you’ve dropped an item onto your board, Volana leaves that task alone, so nothing already scheduled changes underneath you.
