Daily Planning
Tomorrow is the default planning period: a single day, walked through the same three-step wizard as every other period. It’s the fastest way to leave today with tomorrow already decided.
What do you want to get done tomorrow?
Add tasks you want to work on tomorrow.
Tomorrow
Fill in your work for tomorrow.
Step 1: Gather
Gather is a blank slate for tomorrow. List anything you might want to get done, big or small, the same way you’d add a task to your day board.

What are the most high-impact things you could do tomorrow?
Tomorrow
Fill in your work for tomorrow.
Adding a task here works exactly like the day board’s Add task flow, covered on Creating tasks.
Step 2: Prioritize
Not everything on the gather list has to happen tomorrow. Prioritize lays out a few buckets, Tomorrow, Day after, and Next week, so you can drag anything that isn’t essential out of the way.
What can wait?
Bump back tasks that aren’t essential to work on tomorrow.
Tomorrow
Keep only what’s essential.
Day after
Drag over tasks that can wait.
Next week
Drag over tasks that can wait.
- Keep only what’s essential in the Tomorrow bucket.
- Drag anything that can wait into Day after or Next week.
- Nothing you move is lost. It’s simply due on a later day.
Step 3: Finalize
Finalize turns what’s left into an ordered plan. Drag tasks into the order you want to work through them, and if you change your mind about one, hover it and press the X that appears to bump it back out.
Finalize your plan for tomorrow
Arrange your tasks in the order that you want to work on them.
Tip: hover a task and press X to bump it back and auto-schedule the rest.

Fill in your work for tomorrow.
Bumped back
Tasks you moved out of this plan
Bumped, not deleted
A bumped task collects in the “Bumped back” list under your plan. It keeps its place; it’s just no longer part of tomorrow.
The day timeline
A calendar panel runs alongside the whole wizard, showing the same day as a real timeline so you can see exactly where each task lands. Zoom in on a busy stretch, or expand it to full size without leaving Plan.
Daily planning uses the same gather, prioritize, finalize wizard as weekly and monthly planning, covered next.
