Notion
Connect Notion to pull pages into Volana. Pick a workspace and its pages show up in a panel you can drop onto a day, so the doc you need to write or review becomes real, scheduled time.
What Volana imports
The Notion panel lists your pages. Pull any one onto your board to block out time to work on it; the new task links back to the page, and its row shows the Volana mark once it’s in.

Imports Notion pages
Opening a page
Click a page and it opens into its own view: the page’s icon, title, and content, rendered right there. Notion’s Add to today button carries its own blue accent instead of the dark keycap style every other provider uses, so it stands apart at a glance.
🚀Launch plan: July
Key milestones for the July release: the feature freeze date, marketing assets, and the rollout runbook.
Database rows and properties
A row from one of your databases opens the same way, with its database’s name up top and its properties (status, priority, or whatever that database tracks) shown as fields, alongside its page content underneath.
Customer interview: Dana K.
Notes from the July 1 call: onboarding friction around calendar permissions, and a feature request for a weekly digest email.
Kept in sync automatically
Volana listens for changes in Notion in real time. If a page gets renamed or archived, the panel picks it up automatically without a manual refresh. This only refreshes the panel: once you’ve dropped an item onto your board, Volana leaves that task alone, so nothing already scheduled changes underneath you.
Connect Notion from Settings → Connected apps. See Connecting an integration for the full flow that’s shared across every provider.
