Scheduling by Drag, Resize, and Quick-Create

The calendar grid is direct: grab a block to move it, pull its edge to change how long it runs, and click empty space to make something new. No forms in the way: the grid is the editor.

Shape your time on the grid

Watch a single block get moved, resized, and then a brand-new one created from an empty slot: the three gestures you’ll use to plan every day.

Zen

Grab a block to move it.
  1. Drag a block up or down to move it to a new time. It snaps to the grid as you go.
  2. Resize by pulling the bottom edge, and the block’s duration follows your cursor.
  3. Quick-create by clicking any empty slot. A draft block appears where you clicked.
  4. Type a title and press : the block lands on the calendar as a real task.

It works in day and week alike

The same drag, resize, and quick-create gestures behave identically whether you’re looking at a single day or a full week.

Every block you place is a real task on your board. Reschedule it here, or open it from the day board to set a due date, priority, and subtasks.
